    About My Business
Seneca Health Care Center provides subacute rehabilitation, 24-hour skilled nursing care and Journeys palliative care.
    About My Services
We are a family-owned, Buffalo-based organization and proud of it! Since 1973 it has been, and will continue to be, our mission to be the first and best choice for our residents and patients. This philosophy is reflected in the actions of our staff, our facilities’ outstanding government rankings and the quality of our programs. For three generations, our family and our employees have been committed to pioneering and integrating progressive programs and services that have defined our local health care community.
Family Support Groups are held regularly.

At The McGuire Rehabilitation Centers, our experience in the Subacute arena spans more than a decade. Each year, an average of 4,000 patients trust us for the high quality care that we provide. If you are pre-planning a rehabilitative stay, we encourage you visit our facilities, speak with your doctor and request a WRITTEN ORDER to The McGuire Group.

The McGuire Group Journeys program is designed to complement an individual’s plans and desires while meeting the physical, emotional and spiritual needs for end-of-life care. The program is available at Autumn View, Garden Gate, Harris Hill and Seneca.
