Through Brookdale’s signature Personalized Assisted Living we customize our care offerings for the individual. This allows each resident the freedom and opportunity to make choices that will ease their lifestyle transitions. We also offer special housing and care options for those who require assistance with the activities of daily living such as dressing, bathing and dispensing of medications. Our community offers graduated levels of care based upon the individual need of residents, as determined by our continual assessment process.     Our community welcomes all inquiries; we accept private pay, most long term insurances and VA benefits.  Rent is month to month with 30 day termination notice.

    Staff certifications and training:
    Associates are required to take CORE training, which is a standard for Brookdale Senior Living. There are monthly trainings which include elopement drills, and fire safety training. Each associate is mentored with a preceptor for a period of time to ensure they understand their job responsibilities. There is on-going education which is providing by the community and by Brookdale; such as dementia training, transfer training and so on.

    We are able to take all stages of Alzheimer's and dementia; however, if a resident becomes abusive to the point of harming other residents then discharging the resident is likely to occur; however, we try to make all efforts to work with the situation to prevent a move-out from occurring.
    Special care programs offered for Alzheimer's and Dementia residents:
    Brookdale Living provides a memory care specialist who provides the communities with resources to work with residents with this disease, including a Life Enrichment Program tailored to the residents of this population.
