    Assisted living at Liberty II is specially designed to promote independence but provide some assistance with certain activities of daily living. Our nursing and companion staff are available around the clock to help with such things as medication management, bathing, dressing and incontinence care. Residents are encouraged to participate in staff facilitated craft projects, exercise groups, games and discussions. A personalized health assessment of all new residents is performed by our nursing care coordinator. Located in a quiet neighborhood near the Great Oaks shopping area of Wadsworth, OH.
