    About My Services
    Life at Brookdale Oakwood

With its exceptional landscaping and garden areas outdoors, Brookdale Oakwood exudes curb appeal in its well-manicured presentation in the Oakwood neighborhood. But, the real beauty of our community lies on the inside, where we provide quality care, a friendly environment, and an opportunity for our residents to live their best life.

    Our Assisted Living Community

Brookdale Oakwood offers an assisted living community designed for those who need help with routine activities of daily living. Just like family, we provide the extra assistance our residents may need with bathing, dressing and medications, while helping them to maintain their privacy, independence and dignity.

At our community, we partner with each resident to create a personalized plan, tailored for their specific needs. Because of this, service fees are based on need, meaning seniors only pay for the services they want. We also encourage our residents to stay active through regular programs, social events and outings, many of which are designed by seniors within our community.

    Our Memory Care Community

Seniors who have been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s or another form of dementia can also receive specialized care through our memory care community. Our staff is regularly trained to meet the unique needs of those with dementia. Brookdale Oakwood is a safe, secure community that encourages life skills based around each residents physical and behavioral needs, as well as their life history.

Through the use of The Clare Bridge Daily Path, we provide a gentle structure to each day that targets specific needs of those with Alzheimer’s and various types and levels of dementia. This program includes a dementia-friendly menu, as well as daily moments of success.
