    The skilled nursing center at Wesley Enhanced Living at Heritage Towers offers compassionate, attentive care for short- and long-term patients in a quiet, private setting 24 hours a day. An interdisciplinary team of health care providers work in true collaboration to help residents achieve the highest level of independence and comfort. Rehabilitative physical, occupational, and speech therapies are also provided. Customized and enriching programs are specially designed to suit patients' needs, interests, and abilities.
