    Entry Fee Continuing Care Retirement Community. Financial and Medical Review required plus each person is required to have a personal interview and assessment. Couples can reside longer together since the Personal Care Services are offered to residents in their apartment- Fully approved by Department of Public Welfare for Assisted Living (floating license).
