    Our facility is located on 175 acres of beautiful prairies and meadows. We are 6 minutes from Sioux Falls, South Dakota which gives our residents the beauty of the country and convenience of the city. Our facility boasts one floor convenience with only garage facilities located in the lower level. Our beautiful courtyard is the center of our community giving us the beauty of the outdoors for daily admiration. We offer twin home living, independent living, plus assisted living and memory are. Our future plans include the addition of a nursing facility in the near future

    Staff certifications and training:
    According to state standards our director of nursing is a Registered Nurse. She is in the facility 40-50 hours per week. We have three shifts and a licensed practical nurse is on at least two shifts with medical and nurse aids on each shift. Staff is specially trained to work with residents suffering from Alzheimer’s and dementia. We have special staff training session every month to assure staff members are well trained and aware of any new regulations or procedures.

    We have a secured wing designated for our Alzheimer's/dementia residents. All activities, meals and socialization are in a community area. There is also a secure outdoor courtyard for the residents' pleasure when the weather permits.

    We conduct church services every Sunday afternoon, Bible study each Monday plus independent resident Bible study sessions. We have pool tournaments, card games, dominoes competitions & fitness classes. The golf course 1/2 mile away from our facility.

    We are located on 175 acres of beautiful country meadows. All of our apartments are spacious and light with large windows in each room. All of our apartments are on one level alleviating the need to climb stairs. We do have an underground heated/cooled garage for our residents use. The entire facility is built around a large courtyard. For the more independent residents we offer maintenance free twin home living. For residents who no longer wish to cook we offer independent living in our apartments and for the person that needs help with medications, dressing and bathing, etc. we offer assisted living as well as assisted living for residents with Alzheimer and dementia.

    Church services for all denominations are conducted each Sunday afternoon. Bible Study is conducted on Mondays. Catholic Mass is held on Friday mornings. The public golf course in 1/2 mile away.
