Vergennes Residential Care Home is in an historic building build in the 1770's and located in the heart of Vermont's smallest city. It is on the green, near many activities including French Heritage Day, weekly band concerts, farmers market, and a ton of community activities. The downtown is steps away, with a Post Office across the street, and many fine eating places within walking distance. We care for all of our residents regardless of their financial status. Our porch, with many hanging baskets and a variety of rockers and chairs, is a frequent relaxing place for residents and friends. We feature special music programs on Thursdays, and our Bluegrass music every month is a real hit. Three registered nurses are on call 24 hours a day, and awake staff is on duty 24 hours, too. We`are licensed for residential care, and enhanced residential care in all three tiers.
