    About My Business
We have recently completed a large expansion and remodel of our skilled nursing and rehabilitation therapy facility in East Troy, Wisconsin. Stop in for a tour and see our new look!

Established in 1977 and formerly known as "Kiwanis Manor," East Troy Manor has a rich history of serving our community. We are both a licensed Medicare and Medicaid Certified Skilled Nursing facility offering in-house therapy services, and we accept private insurance as well as private pay clients.

We strive to be a facility where residents and families feel comfortable and at home. We offer many rehabilitative therapies for short term residents, as well as restorative programs for our long term residents. Our goal is to maintain residents' physical abilities and improve their quality of life while serving every individual with care and compassion.

We consider it a privilege to serve our community and encourage you to visit us. East Troy Manor takes pride in its involvement in the community with various outings, organized meetings in our home, intergenerational programs, and a strong volunteer program.
