    Highlights
    Avamere at Medford is campus composed of two areas, the Waterford and Three Fountains. The Waterford is an independent and assisted living community. Residents may choose from a studio, one bedroom or two bedroom apartment in a comfortable environment. Residents have the benefits of assistance with personal services, medication management, and other activities of daily living to maintain independence and quality of life.

    Three Fountains provides rehabilitation and 24-hour skilled nursing care. Residents at Three Fountains receive full service therapy in combination with professional restorative nursing programs.

    Avamere at Medford also has a fully equipped health and fitness club with pool and spa. Our Life Enrichment team plans a variety of activities to give our residents the opportunity to maintain personal life styles and the ability to pursue new interests. Social workers are also available to assist residents and families with resources and provide long range planning. Transportation is available for appointments, shopping and outings.
