There are residential care apartments available for those who may need some assistance with medication management, daily living activities or personal laundry services. A rehabilitation health center is also available for short-term transitional care after a hospitalization.

    Avamere Court at Keizer is a smoke free community and does not permit smoking inside or on the premises.
    Both long-term care and skilled nursing suites offer a comfortable environment that supports individuals’ needs and dignity. Our licensed nurses and certified care staff provide 24-hour care assistance with respect and compassion for the residents they serve.
