    This is a home setting with 5 private rooms, three have half baths. The care ratio is 1 to 5. On call staff available for special needs. Our meals are prepared fresh 3 times a daily and special preferences are no problem. The caregivers in the home have a minimum of three years experienced and are capable of meeting most medical needs; home health nurses are available as needed.

    Eligibility requirements:
    We do accept Medicaid our current rate base for private pay is $2250. This does not include add on’s depending on medical, mental health, mobility and night needs a rate sheet is available on request.

    Level III minimum three years experienced caring for people dependant in 4 or more ADL. Class & test; 12 hours continuing education annually; Myself and my staff have participated in mental health training.
