    Morningstar AFH located in Dallas Oregon in the beautiful Williamette Valley. Provider and caregivers licensed by the State of Oregon. Provide Respite, Hospice and Long Term care. Residents here usually remain here till passing. Facility Owner has local references from previous resident's families, local doctors and the community. Provider has over 30 years experience in the Medical field. We have a open door policy. Family and friends encouraged to visit anytime no calling ahead for appointment necessary. Drop in's from potential clients always welcomed. Local transportation across street from foster home. We provide care for all stages of life from assisted living, dementia, cancer care, hospice, stroke to death. This is a quiet residential area but close to doctors and West Valley Hospital. We have monthly outings as well as in home games and hobbies.
