    Kawabe Memorial House is a very diverse, active community. We provide a variety of support to seniors living independently such as translation for Japanese and Korean speaking tenants, low-cost internet access, and multi language computer lab with classes, painting/drawing classes, Bingo, parties/celebrations, and lunch Monday through Friday.

    Eligibility requirements:
    Please describe any admissions policies or other requirements such as income qualifications, minimum rental and/or lease commitments, etc. Must be 62 and older and meet HUD income guidelines.
