    The Terrace, with its spectacular views of Elliott Bay, downtown Seattle and the Olympics, offers high quality housing for independent seniors with moderate incomes. Income limitations make downtown living affordable. With our generous community amenities, Washington Terrace has set a new and higher standard for income-qualified housing. Rent includes water, sewer and garbage fees.

    Eligibility requirements:
    Income Maximums- 60%: $35,500 (1 person) or $40,440 (2 people). 50%: $29,500 (1 person) or $33,700 (2 people).
