    As a part of SHAG's Tri-Court Campus, Park Court is conveniently located near the heart of Kent's Business District, with easy freeway access. We are near banks, restaurants, retail and grocery shopping as well as Kent's busy Senior Center. Our residents have a variety of activities from which to choose. Our rent includes all utilities except phone and cable.

    Eligibility requirements:
    Income maximums: 60% AMGI: $35,400 (one person) or $40,440 (two people). 40% AMGI: $23,600 (one person) or $26,960 (two people).
