A beautiful walk along Cedar River's pedestrian walkway will take you to the senior center and other services. Come and enjoy our delightful sunroom! Rent includes water, sewer, garbage and electricity fees.

    Income maximums-60% AMGI: $35,400 (one person) or $40,440 (two people). 35% AMGI: $20,650 (one person) or $23,440 (two people).
