    We are a family friendly, small-town community with small town hospitality and very affordable prices. Our studio apartments are very spacious. Our one bedroom floor plan is popular with its large walk-in closet. We also offer two bedroom/two bath apartments with washer & dryer in the unit. Rent includes weekly housekeeping, maintenance, two home cook meals, all utilities, cable, transportation & activities. We offer Wi-Fi Internet access and home health care is available on-site to provide help with bathing, medication, foot care, & blood pressure checks. We also accept pets. Please ask about our Moderate Income Program that can provide rent reduction to those who are income qualified. Please call for tour.
