    Individualized service plan prepared by a Registered Nurse, daily health monitoring, medication assistance, daily housekeeping and laundry, assistance with hygiene, bathing dressing & eating, scheduled musical entertainment, home cooked meals and snacks . Twenty four hours Dementia & Mental Health trained caregiving staff, activity programming family support, comfortable & cozy home environment, dementia friendly floor plan, private bedtrooms, secure outdoor, walking area, alarm system for protection, secure egress keypad system, and 24hours License staff.

    Our activities are all designed for dementia cases. We have a van ride twice a year to see tulip fields & pumpkin patch. We have a walking team as long as the weather permits with different groups such independent, canes and walkers to wheelchairs.
