    We are located on the water with a beautiful view of Mt. Rainer and the Poulsbo Marina. Liberty Shores Assisted Living has 58 beautiful deisgned studio, 1 bedrooms and 2 bedrooms. Included in the rent is 3 meals, the Breakfast meal is just like going to a restaurant they come and take your order right at your table, the noon meal is the main meal of the day and the 5:00 meal is the lighter meal. Harbor House memory Care Facility has 12 Private rooms and 36 Semi Private rooms with an enclosed court yard. Harbor House also has 3 floors so we are able to put those who are in the same stages of there Dementia/Alzheimers. Each floor has there own dinning room and activity room. We also offer a wide varity of Activities, such as outings, sittercise, movies and many more. Transportation to medical appointments is also included. We offer 24 hour a day Nursing care in both faclities.
