    HomePlace offers a residential program specializing in the care and support of individuals in varying stages of Alzheimer's disease and related dementia. Our unique facility was designed with the residents in mind, providing a home-like atmosphere that is inviting and comfortable for both your loved one and you. Upon visiting HomePlace, you will feel more like you are in someone's home rather than a care facility.     Age 55 and over
    Eligibility requirements:
    Resident has to have a diagnosis of Dementia or Alzheimer's, Pick's Disease or other Dementia related disease. Be able to pay privately for at least one year.

    Physician care by routine visit

    Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)

    Sitting, standing, walking, and getting in and out of bed

    The entire facility is dedicated to the care of Alzheimer's and Dementia sufferers.

    Special care programs offered for Alzheimer's and Dementia residents:
    Enhanced Memory and tactile stimulation activities. Parkinson's and Alzheimer's Support Group Meetings. Movement therapy programs designed to meet the needs of all Parkinson's and Alzheimer's residents.
