    Lake Heights Aging AFH serves with kindness, love and professionalism. They create pleasant days for each resident. They find ways to involve residents in activities they enjoy and can be successful at. AFH run by an LPN, care provided by provider. The facility offers private and semi-private rooms. The facility welcomes couples, people with Dementia, Alzheimer’s, and Parkinson, stroke, recuperative, hip replacement, rehabilitation, colostomy, oxygen, tube feeding, hospice, catheters and incontinence.
