    Our homes are your alternative to assisted living institutions and nursing homes. When you place your loved one with us you are placing them in a home environment, not an institution. We provide outstanding, long-term, personalized care for your loved one. They receive the assistance they need and are urged to be as independent as they choose and/or can be. Dementia (Alzheimers) and Mental Health (Depression, Anxiety, Mania, and Schizophrenia) specialty training and certified. Schedule and accompany to medical appointments as needed. Complete medication management and assistance. Extensive experience with diabetic management, macular degeneration, paralysis, catheter care, oxygen therapy, end of life care, etc. Extensive collaboration with home health services such as RNs, speech, physical, and occupational therapists, dietitians, hospice, medical supplies. Assistance with managing all aspects of healthcare, and ensuring your loved one is receiving the optimal level of care from all medical professionals involved
