    Our Adult Center Home is located in a beautiful area of Clark County in Vancouver close to the parks and freeways and providing quality care, private rooms & daily activities for residents with all levels of dementia and mental health care is providing 24hrs/day by professional staff.
    All genders welcome
    Eligibility requirements:
    Orchards Elderly Care AFH can admit into the house a resident with the current med assessment and nurse delegation. Also $200 deposit is required for a private resident.

    Staff certifications and training:
    AFH have a professional trained staff which includes: a provider and a caregiver with certifications of Dementia, Mental Health, Fundamentals of Care giving, Nurse Delegation, CPR, and First Aid, 10hrs of continuing education and over 10 years of the care giving experience.

Second- If medical condition requires moving a resident to a nursing home or they are showing inappropriate behavior which includes but not limited to; hitting, kicking, yelling, cursing or acting physically or verbally aggressive
