    Our Home is located in a quiet neighborhood setting, close to Local Major Hospitals and Doctor Office. We have three shared rooms one with private bath and shower. Home has air-conditioning and air filtration system. Beautifully manicured lawns and a very private back yard patio with a spring garden. All staff has met the minimum training requirements as required by the state of Washington for Adult Family Homes. Provider is an active member with the Washington Residential care council of Adult Family homes and also the President of the Local South King County Chapter of WSRCC

    This Home does not carry a Medicaid contract and requires a minimum of 3 years of private pay.
