    Staff certifications and training:
    All staffs have different background,training and expirience in caring for residents with alzheimers disease, dimentia, mental health, developmental disabilities. The facility required the staff to take a continuing education every year and encourage to take classess that's offered in the community related to caregiving, healthcare and other issues that will help educate caregivers and staff in dealing with residents & families as well.
