The Alpine View Lodge offers a secured garden setting with private and semi-private rooms within an open and airy, country environment. Therapeutic activities occur every day, all day long and include adult education, musicians and entertainers, multi-generational groups, pet therapy and monthly, themed, family events. Meals for family and friends are always complimentary and may be enjoyed on our beautiful patios or gardens, or in our dining room. Located only 25 minutes from downtown San Diego in the beautiful foothill town of Alpine, we offer gorgeous views and generous grounds and outdoor areas to enjoy. Our experienced staff averages at least three years of service with our Lodge. Our pay and full benefits package for all employees who work at least 16 hours per week help us to attract and retain the very finest of individuals. Our 24 hour staff is specifically trained for our elders challenged by Alzheimer's disease and other dementia. Our office is open every day of the year from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Our door is always open. The needs of our elders are promptly attended to. The Lodge offers assistance for those suffering with moderate to end stage dementia. Our hospice program means that our elders can close the circle of life surrounded by the circle of friends they have come to know at the Lodge. Join us for complimentary meals and tours. Our day care and respite care program can offer an overview of our setting, our ambiance and our program. Complimentary assessments and counseling are but a phone call away.
