    Staff certifications and training:
    Nursing: Our licensed & professional nursing staff provides clinical support to our residents under their scope of practice as well as complying with Title 22 Policy and Procedures. This includes treatment of minor conditions in coordination with the resident's primary care physician and ancillary professionals such as physical, speech, occupational therapists as well as hospice agencies. Personal Caregiver: We have a thoroughly trained staff of Personal Caregivers to provide all ADL's to our residents under the direction of the Directors of Resident Services with the oversight of providing excellent care & practice. Medication Technician: Our Medication Technicians are responsible for the dispensing of physician prescribed medications. All of our Med Techs are trained by Certified Medication Trainers with nursing oversight to insure full compliance to their scope of standards. Our House Manager: With oversight of the "Our House" Memory Care Program within the community, the Our House Manager oversees this specialized program to ensure needs are met for residents with memory impairments through social, nutritional, physical and sensory stimulation programs. All staff assigned to the program must meet the mandated hours of specialized dementia training as well as additional Carlton Senior Living specific requirements.
