    Our goal at Citrus Heights Terrace is to create a supportive environment for our residents so they can maintain a strong quality of life as well as a certain level of independence. We feel it is very important to honor our residents' individual needs for dignity and respect.
    About My Services
    Socialization is the key to independence, Our residents benefit from a rich social environment, which includes engaging activities with both peers and staff members. A full schedule of activities allows residents to participate in meaningful and enjoyable pastimes, enjoy new friendships, remain engaged in life, and continue to be physically and mentally challenged. Additionally, our lovely gardens and courtyard provide a serene locations for wonderful outdoor activities.

    While 24-hour staffing ensure comfort and piece-of-mind for the residents and their families, the residents receive personal care which can include assistance with bathing and grooming, dressing, medication assistance, and mobility assistance whether they use a walker or wheelchair or other assistive devices.
    Fees And Payment Sources Accepted
    There is a pre-admission fee of five hundred dollars ($500) to secure a room for seven (7) days and to cover the costs associated with reviewing your application and physician's report, assessing you, developing your care plan, getting your Room ready for you and admitting you and orienting you to Citrus Heights Terrace. The pre-admission fee is fully refundable prior to Citrus Heights Terrace performing its pre-admission assessment of you.
    Your Monthly Fee is payable in advance by the first (1st) day of each calendar month, by check or money order mailed to Citrus Heights Terrace or delivered to the business office.
