    Collwood Terrace is a new facility located in the middle of San Diego County, minutes from all the major freeways. We specialize in dementia/Alzheimer's care and have a diverse and caring team. At Collwood Terrace, "it's all about the care."

    Eligibility requirements:
    Collwood Terrace is state licensed as an RCFE and therefore has a specific minimum age requirement (62) unless a medical diagnosis supports the person living at the facility. Collwood Terrace is month to month with most people paying privately. Most long-term care insurance policies do pay at the assisted living level.

    Staff certifications and training:
    Collwood Terrace staff is made up of caregivers, kitchen staff and servers, activities personnel and a diversified administrative team. Five on staff have been certified as RCFE administrators and all staff is trained to work with Alzheimer’s/dementia residents. We have monthly continuing education classes and retraining on a regular basis.

    The entire facility is dedicated to the care of Alzheimer's and Dementia sufferers.
