    The Cottage at Artesia Gardens is a secured assisted living facility in the city of Buena Park. Specializing in Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia as well as assistance with day-to-day living, we are an all-inclusive facility with an experienced and well-trained care-giving staff with over 150 years of eldercare experience. Doctor, hospital and other medical visits are accompanied by an administrative staff member. Administrators are on-call 24 hours providing a very hands-on approach to care. We focus on the individual in a home-like setting. Activities are an integral part of everyday living.

    Rarely are we unable to control a behavioral problem, but if an individual becomes violent or a danger to the roommate (if applicable), other residents and caretakers.
    Special care programs offered for Alzheimer's and Dementia residents:
    Daily Activities are planned accordingly to the residents' abilities. Staff is trained to detect changes in behavior and condition. Staff is trained to provide individualized care with toileting, bathing, and hydration. Proper Incontinence care and toileting assistance is emphasized.
