Our home facility is in a quiet neighborhood located in a cul-de-sac street. It was renovated back in 2006 with current two bathrooms, four private rooms and one semi-private room. My husband and I are both registered nurses, thus, we are able to assist our clients in terms of their medical needs. The facility home environment we have, located in Harbor City and Rancho Palos Verdes, meets fire-safety measures for all private and semi-private rooms. Some of the popular features include large beautiful patio in the backyard where residents can dine as they choose, big LCD screen T.V. in living rooms.
Our caregivers are have many years of experience caring for elderly and they are well qualified. Carley is the activity director who comes to our facility once a week, her duty is to entertain our clients that includes playing games, singing, playing cards, reading fun book and so on for the purpose of actively stimulating their mind.
Occasionally, we take them out using our vehicular van on an outing to restaurant of their choice, shopping in the mall to buy stuff they need, go out to the Harbor public park for picnic lunch, and of course, go out to beauty salon for grooming. We also ask clergy to come for special prayer on special occasion. We have all around dietary balance meals as well as to customizing their diet based on their medical conditions such as low salt for hypertensive cases or low sugar for those diabetic cases.
Conditions I Am Unable To Treat
We do not accept seniors with Gastric tube or Nasogastric tube and Combative related to Sundowner.

We accept or provide for seniors with all the following conditions...

Seniors needing assistance with Activities of dialing living
    Mild Alzheimer
    Residents with special needs
    Ambulatory residents
    Declining memory loss MCI
    Oxgen machine
    Parkinson’s disease
    Foley Catheter
    Hearing, sight, or speech impaired
    Experience And Credentials
Currently, our staffs are handling one of our clients who weigh 230 pounds using Hoyer lifts in and out of the bathroom. We have waiver for individuals who has Foley catheter, colostomy bag, diabetic using insulin. We also have waiver for Hospice care.
Lastly, we have been doing this business since 2000. Most of our competitors in this business have multiple facilities, some have dozens of them, so the question is do they really have time to oversee and control the daily functions of their facilities, or do they just rely at the mercy of their caregivers? In our case, we only have two facilities. Thus, it is to our advantage as administrators and licensees who are also in the medical profession as registered nurses, along with our three experienced caregivers, that we are able to fully focus our time, our energy by giving the best care possible for our clients.
