    Staff certifications and training:
    Our staffs are trained monthly. We have Caregivers training every month to different locations with different topics: 6-hours of Dementia training, Medication Management, Fall Prevention and Transfer Techniques, Food Nutrition & Handling, Elder Abuse, Neglect and Exploitation, Universal Precautions & Hygiene, Fire Prevention and control, etc. Trainings are handled by a professional, RN; PT and LVN and a Firefighter.
    Administrator has 20 hours of continuing education every year. A total of 40 hours in two years minimum required for recertification.
