    Eligibility requirements:
    Eagle Lake Village is a private pay community. Our contract is a month to month rental. We have studio, 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom apartments available. Also, we have a memory care unit. Residents must be able to stand and transfer, self feed, no tubes. Pre assessment and evaluation before move in.

    Staff certifications and training:
    All new staff spend 16 hours in classroom training and 40 hours of shadowing. Med Aides have state required additional training. Inservice meeting twice monthly to meet California requirements such as dementia care, vitals, ergonomics, fire safety, dining services, incontinence, etc.
