    A and M Board and Care Innovative Assisted home for the Elderly (formerly FaithHaven II) is a 6 bed Board and Care Home licensed and regulated by the California Department of Social Services that provides assistance in Activities of Daily Living e.g., food preparation, laundry, housekeeping,personal care services and medication assistance to "prime" or "mature" residents. It is run by a professional nurse that has a wide range in geriatric nursing and hospice nursing and currently works as a HemoDialysis Nurse for ElCamino Hospital, Mountain View, CA . Tha facility hopes to provide Innovations. A and Board and Care complies with all licensure regulations and Tittle 22 requirements. Tha facility focuses on Quality of Living in a productive way which highly promotes independence in a safe and pleasant environment. It is an alternative to Nursing Home Placement. Caregivers are trained to respect the individuality and promote the dignity of every resident in a unique way.
