Fremont Hills is a lovely assisted living community in the Niles area of Fremont, created especially for seniors who desire the security and safety of supportive services and the comforts of home. We have a very vibrant community, so if you are looking for a truly caring community with great people, gorgeous surroundings, and expert care, then your loved one would enjoy living here as a resident of Fremont Hills Assisted Living. The best part of living here at Fremont Hills is the people, our residents and our staff, who make this a truly safe, enjoyable place to live. When residents move in, their rent includes all meals in our restaurant-style dining room and all utilities, (except phone service), as well as housekeeping, laundry, transportation, 24 hour response, and the security of all the additional services we offer. Residents can choose from our California Cuisine menu or our Chinese Menu every day. Fremont Hills residents enjoy being able to choose from a wide variety of Activities, including: parties, bingo, trivia, exercise, tai chi, word games, book club, entertainment, recreational, and social events. We have both large and small common areas where residents can chat and socialize. In addition to our regularly scheduled activities, we have transportation that will take our residents to doctor appointments, shopping, banking, etc. in the area. There is once-a-week maid service included which includes washing the linens and a load of personal laundry. We have a beautifully landscaped setting and a delightful central garden courtyard with a waterfall. Our assisted living apartments offer choice of studio, studio deluxe, or one bedroom apartments, some with outside balcony or porch areas where residents can have plants and enjoy the views. Our Memory Care wing offers private and shared apartments. Helping our residents live safe and healthy lives, we have a Wellness Director who is an LVN as well as Med Techs and Caregivers who provide service 24 hours a day for our residents. Our Wellness Director will assess each resident and create a customized care plan, if they need additional assistance with medication, bathing, dressing, grooming and more. These services are available for a Level of Care and/or Medication Management fee. Families can be confident that their loved one is getting all the services they need as we regularly reassess residents as their condition changes. Also, there is no need to move out if a resident needs Memory Care, as we have a secured Memory Care wing, with a separate dining room, activities, and garden area.
