    Gems Senior Care Facility is located at east foothill of San Jose at 3,500 square feet. Spacious rooms, homey with wide garden full of 400-500 orchids as one of our attractions. The owner had her expertise as a medical practitioner for 22 years in the Philippines before migration. Staff is a certified nursing assistant connected at Kaiser Hospital and O’Connor Hospital. We have centralized air conditioning too.

    Eligibility requirements:
    No Social Supplement Income if even at least the family could add more on it. A trial period of 7-10 days if the resident will blend at the facility.

    Our staff is a certified nursing assistant (on call) with first aid and CPR training renewed every 2 years. Quarterly training on various related topics about elderly care. Fire drills conducted every 6 months. Medication training as per AB 2602.
