    Eligibility requirements:
    There is a one time non-refundable fee of $500.00 pre-assessment evaluation and administrative processing. This fee is due prior to the assessment. The care is base upon level 1 & 2 from $2,500 to $3,500, Dementia /Alzheimer's. Level 2: exceeds basic care by providing for health related assistance. Residents at this level rely on the facility for extensive assistance with personal activities of daily living (ADL).This includes bladder and bowel incontinence, medication management, occasional services of an appropriately skilled professional due to chronic health problems. We also provide care for one (1) Hospice Resident price varies depends upon condition of the Resident, from $95. To $120. Per day. Respite Care 1-3 weeks $90.00 per day.

    Staff certifications and training:
    We are licensed by the California State Department of Social Services Community Care licensing. Twenty hours of continuing education each year. Staffs are train by pharmacy, Home Health Agency and by the Administrator. All staff will receive 10 hours of initial in-service training, in-services will be given each month all staff will receive training in the following: Medication use, Activities, Appraisal assessment and reassessment, working with physician, facility safety, assisting activities of daily living, Resident abuse, Meeting psychosocial needs of the residents and Physical needs.
