    Highlights
LaPaz Garden Manor is a California licensed private home nestled in a quiet Fairfield community that offers superior quality home-like living to adults with physical limitations over the age of 60 years who have a greater need for care and help with the activities of daily living and are at risk living alone. The tranquil and cozy family-home setting of LaPaz is designed so that if staying at home is no longer an option, your loved ones can get regular help with activities of daily living like personal hygiene, meal preparation, bathing and laundry, thus, the feeling of being home is still intact. LaPaz offers large nicely furnished rooms with central air conditioning and heating, smoke detectors, cable TV and private telephone hookups, as well. LaPaz Garden Manor is committed to promote quality care, compassion, respect and comfort to its residents. LaPaz is dedicated to maintain the dignity, independence, safety and well being of your loved ones and this is achieved through a detailed assessment of their personal needs involving themselves, their family and the physician and/or hospital, if necessary. This allows LaPaz to determine a customized elder care plan.
