    All rooms are private beautifully furnished with telephone and TV connection and a paging system. One room has a 1/2 bath. Located in an upscale subdivision in Santa Rosa. There are always two caregivers 24/7.
    All genders welcome
    Eligibility requirements:
    Every rent payment has to be paid at the end of each month. No refunds given, 30 days notice to vacate and has house rules to follow.
