    Oceanside Senior Home- has a heated pool and is great for swimming. Two story house with a back patio. Nice patios, waterfalls at the front and assorted flowers in the garden. Access to TV with direct TV. Three car garage if extra space for visitors. Closer to the parks, hospital and stores.

    Private pay, 1 month pay advance upon signing the admission; TB test in health screening required; PRN; personal emergency notification in charge.
