    The Parkview Assisted Living features one and two bedroom apartments with convenient kitchenettes and large, private bathrooms with walk-in showers grab rails and padded shower seats. You'll have peace of mind with our emergency alert response system including an optional wearable pendant. With multiple courtyards, a lounge, recreations areas, library, multiple sitting rooms, elegant restaurant style dining room and multipurpose activity rooms, The Parkview offers you choices in how you'd like to spend your day. From exercise classes to excursions, from continuing education classes and entertainment to computer classes and a book club, you will find a variety of recreational options. Our dining room is elegant and offers a menu of delicious and healthy offerings. Our classically trained chef provides a changing menu of seasonally fresh dishes including such items as grilled salmon, shrimp scampi, roasted rack of lamb, veal marsala and delicious homemade soups and salads. Resident appreciation nights include specialty offerings such as steak and lobster, BBQ baby back ribs or ethnic fare. Come dine with us and taste The Parkview difference. Whether you just need the assurance of on-site staff or significant assistance with everyday activities like bathing, dressing and grooming, The Parkview can accommodate you. Our goal is to enhance your independence and vitality so you can spend your time doing all you would like to do. Separate Memory Care accommodations with specialized services and recreation are on-site for those with Alzheimer's disease or other memory impairment. Discreet safety measures are in place to protect our residents' well-being while an indoor atrium walkway and outdoor courtyard encourage independence.     We require a Physician's Report to document physical condition and a Nurse's assessment prior to move-in. Our rental agreement is a month to month agreement with no minimum rental requirement. Income qualifications apply only to our Low Income Senior Program.

    Our caregivers are all experienced and trained in senior care giving. We provide special dementia training for those caregivers working in our Memory Care Community which is specifically designed for residents with Alzheimer's and Dementia.

    Residents requiring transfer to Skilled Nursing Facilities would include those that are permanently bedridden and can no longer transfer with assistance to a wheelchair, require a pureed menu, or need frequent medical intervention including but not limited to injections, feeding tubes, catheters or IV's.
    Special care programs offered for Alzheimer's and Dementia residents:
    We offer both Assisted Living and Memory Care. The Memory Care facility includes a full schedule of activities and outings specifically designed for residents with Alzheimer's and Dementia. Our Memory Care Community is a separate building on the same campus as our Assisted Living Community.

    Our activities include exercise and yoga classes, bingo, Bible studies, outings to nearby attractions, ceramics classes, cooking classes, tea socials, card clubs, Men's Club, quilting classes, entertainment, sign-a-longs and a variety of special events including antique car shows, wine and cheese socials, Luau's and many other events.
