Primrose is situalted on 3 1/2 acres of manicured land with walking paths and gardens. It is a dedicated community for individuals with memory loss. The perimeter of the property is secured and there is a Dayclub on the premises that is open 5 days a week. The interior of the facility is designed to minimize confusion by utilizing soft lighting, delicate colors, textures and fabrics which promote a sense of calmness and well being within a secure residential setting. Memory Boxes identify residents rooms and reaffirms their life experiences. We offer support groups at the facility, as well as support groups and community education throughout Sonoma County. We have an extensive 12 hour daily activity program seven days a week as well as musicians that perform for our residents on a weekly basis. An individual can live at Primrose until the end of their life because we have a hospice waiver that allows critical care at that time.
