Our daily Exercise and range of motion program with others to loosen up our joints, so that we might go to Senior center and join the line dance club two times a month. If not line dance just join others at the senior center once a week. On some days you want to just hang out you might read a book, pick up some kind of craft to work on the ladies like to knit or do needle work.     we do all rcfe ceu training each year 20 hour for administrator and assistant administrators, 5 hour med traning for all staff each year. Fire drill every three months ,scheduled retraining and continuing edu inservice once a month and for all employees. new employee elder abuse training before they go to work. First aide renewed when needed and a must before hired.
