Special diets accommodated. Specialized transportation via wheelchair van if necessary. Higher ratio of staff to resident - providing line-of-sight supervision & interaction. The residents of Rosehaven Care Home receive attention to their physical, emotional & psychological needs in a caring enriched environment to include: Weekly outings, Music Therapy, Exercise & Fitness programs, 24 hour on site staff, Resident/Family Council Meetings, Care Plan Reporting, Case Management of Healthcare, Three levels of care, Hospice Care, Monthly caregiver training, Professional Administrators, Quiet, safe secure home, In-House Podiatry, Beauty, Barber & Dental Services available, Member of the Residential Care Resource Network.
