    Established in 1999, Roseleaf Senior Care, a licensed care facility, has gained the reputation of being one of the finest facilities in the Chico area and beyond. Located at the beautiful Sierra foothills, our facility is modern, luxurious, warm and comfortable. Our glorious outdoor patios and gardens offer ample space for relaxation and fresh air. We offer fully furnished resident rooms with television and cable service, private phone lines, internet access, wireless nurse call pendant, ADA accessible bathrooms and showers, custom draperies and window coverings, closet space, etc. Our company has been owned and managed by Florie Kuperman, a registered nurse and a geriatric specialist and David Kuperman, a special education teacher and a behavior modification expert since our doors opened. We provide 24-hour care for seniors who need assistance with medication, nutrition, personal care, safety, special medical needs and memory loss. We are also licensed to provide hospice care. We have up and awake staff at night. Our long-time staff are well trained, compassionate, attentive and helpful. Our recreational activities are planned by our creative activity coordinator.     Eligibility requirements:
    Roseleaf Senior Care is an assisted living facility which caters to seniors who need personal assistance with their activities of daily living. We also provide care to seniors with dementia and complicated medical conditions. We are able to continue our care for residents who may require hospice care services. For admission screening purposes, we require a recent physician's report from your doctor and a TB test clearance. Roseleaf Senior Care is a private pay facility. We do assists in processing long term insurance claims, if available to you.

    Managed by an experienced registered nurse with geriatric specialty. All the direct care staff is well trained to provide comprehensive care to our elderly residents. They receive regular in-service training about special topics focusing on elder care, dementia, hospice, medications, etc. annually.
