    Staff certifications and training:
Our staff is trained by the owner of the facility who has been in the business for 30 years. New staff members come in for a two hour training session to see if they are a fit. We are not only looking at skill but personality as well. The on site training lasts a week. The new staff works side by side with current staff and the administrator. Residents also have an input on new staff members. The home is licensed for 12 so we are a small community it is very important to choose the right staff member. We have inservice training for staff one a month. We have a great staff and pay them well for all their good work!
