    Saint Panteleimon Eldercare is a beautiful luxury-style and family-oriented facility, located in one of the cozy and quiet areas of residential Escondido. Palomar Hospital is a few miles away from the facility. The administrator of St. Panteleimon Eldercare RCFE - Dr. Miriam Gavrilkina is ECFMG certified physician. Insulin monitoring and injections, colostomy management, wound care and other procedures can be performed in the facility. Daily exercise program , piano and visiting musician , art classes are available. 24 hour up and awake staff is available.

    The administrator of St. Panteleimon Eldercare, Inc. Dr. Miriam Gavrilkina is a foreign medical graduate, ECFMG certified physician with PhD degree in Internal Medicine. She passed her RCFE licensing recertification course, including education and training in management of residents with Dementia and Alzheimer's Disease (May 2008).

Out going programs: visiting of the Senior's Centers , lunches at the Senior's Centers ; outgoing program to enjoy the ocean and lake views with moderate walking and physical exercises .
