At Sue's Senior Connection to Assisted Living, we strive to make our home your home by providing excellent personal service, in addition we are committed to our residents’ social, emotional and physical needs. This kind of care draws us close like a family. The food service is amazing! Our garden is seasonal, however in the summer months we eat fresh tomatoes, zucchini, peppers, squash, etc. from our backyard garden. Our pet therapy is provided by Babydoll Harper. She is a Pomeranian, apricot and white in color, she was made for this kind of work. She cuddles, snuggles and allows herself to be petted and groomed by the residents. She is ever alert to their needs and signs of danger. Our outings consist of country rides on nice days, lunch at one of the local restaurants at least twice a month, movies and popcorn afternoons, quiet time just sitting on the patio watching the hummingbirds feed. Our goal is to make our home your home, full of love and good times. We are located in a quiet neighborhood, close to shopping, restaurants, bowling, and the local Community Center. We are easily accessible from the major highway (99 N or 99 S) Our Alzheimer's and Dementia care residents respond to the individualized care that we give them. Music therapy is great. We also offer our residents a Beauty Care Day where hair and nails are done. Afterwards we have Tea time with cookies.
