    Wildomar Assisted Living is set in a rural community. It has a senior center on site for activities with the community. There is beautiful landscaping and walking paths. Lovely pool and cabana area. The dining program offers a wide selection of alternate menus. Care provided includes assistance with dressing, bathing, medication, incontinence care, diabetic care. There is a licensed nurse on staff 16 hours per day and a licensed nurse on-call 24 hours per day.
